1990’s Sunset Park, Brooklyn, New York, the radio is blasting Mariah Carey when a sweet and sassy Dominican girl begins to belt out those songs with just as much talent as the super star herself. Olga Santana’s earliest memories of her love for music take her back to those days, when she dreamt of one day being just as good a singer as Mariah. She set her mind on just that, discovering that she had the vocal abilities to mimic those unique riffs and her amazing range. Inspired by the young TLC group, Olga and her friends formed a singing group and called themselves “Crazy Sexy Cool.” They would write songs and then perform them for family and friends. Her love of music simply took off and never looked back… she quickly realized that she had been blessed with a beautiful gift, one that set her apart. At the tender age of 13 Olga found The Lord and was saved. When she gave herself to Christ she felt the Lord pressing on her heart and on one particular night at church… as the youth worship leader was ministering in song, Olga felt extreme conviction from the Holy Spirit. As others prayed at the altar, she began to weep at her seat and began to pray to the Lord: “Lord I feel you… and I repent for trying to do everything else except your way. God, if you could change me like you changed her [the youth worship leader]. I‘ll serve you.” Olga could not run from the call over her life any longer. It was time to make a change.

Olga’s fiery passion for God continued to grow. She soon became worship leader, allowing the Lord to guide her steps for over five years at her church. She is now on her way through new doors that the Lord has opened for her. She soon began traveling all over New York City playing her acoustic guitar and showcasing her gift. Having worked with some of the top names in Christian music, she is quickly making a name for herself for the Kingdom.
